I work on computers all the time and the main reason why their Operating System (Windows) gets corrupted is because they use Internet Explorer (IE). IE allows scripts to run without your knowledge in the background. That is what seems to be the leading reason to all your Spyware/Adware problems. Here are 101 more reasons if you’d like to read them all.

Use IE only when needed. You’ll run into that occasional website that must be used with IE to view its contents correctly. In other words, use Firefox as your main browser until you HAVE TO use IE. Here, let me help you and your computer out.

Firefox is better, but Deep Net is better than both of them. The big problem with Explorer is that it is more popular and therefore more popular for hack, spyware, and adware attacks. Firefox has tabbed browsing (which Explorer lacks), but Deep Net has improved on the tabbed browsing options.

Deep Net lets the user have more control, eliminates pop-up ads, and an option which I love - you can set the browser to reopen the same windows the next time it launches. So if you are working on something, several tabs open, and you close Deep Net or shut off your pc, the next time you open Deep Net you will be able to continue where you left off. Deep Net also has RSS news reader, P2P search.

I could go on, but best to try them yourself and decide which you like. I have all three on my pc plus Netscape, but I almost never use Explorer - way too many popups.

We cannot decide it immediatly bcz both having its own advantage and disadvantage.

Security:

Firefox is more secure and protecting unwanted programms to get in our computer.
Giving frequent updates for security and other patch works automatically if computer is connected to internet.

Speed:

IE provides much speed and compatiblity for running DHTML ,
,javascript ,XML AND CSS. ( CSS is is the best way to provide GUI for websites and helps to get good rank in Search engines ).

But Firefox is still poor in those areas.

World's 60% of the user is using IE and 28% is firefox

Firefox supports most of the OS where as IE supports only Windows.

Firefox providing a way to view in tabluar way but IE does not yet.

IE is the best way to see website with 100% compatiblity of client side scripting lang and server side scripting lang.

You just decide which is the best

Firefox is much much better because it is more stable and more resistant to self-installing spyware. Also it has better features and plug-ins then IE and if it crashes it wont crash a whole system like IE usually would. So go for Firefox you wont look back.

Firefox is better.
1) Its faster. its reponse time is way faster that IE 6.0
2) Its a Web Designers Paradise - u can strip any web page's source code to the bone
3) has themes
4) Has tabs that allow u to open multiple web sites in a single page but with tabs.. i can go on.. i guess will leave the rest for u to figure out.

Firefox is definitely better and more secure.

Once you have firefox, you can download so many extentions/addons for it and skins still retaining its performance.

Do checkout this website:
https://addons.mozilla.org/

There are some accessories like when you double click on a word, the meaning of the word will automatically popup and things like that.

It is a web-developer's choice.
