Is your brother Spritually inclined. If yes then you can tell him that useless talk destroyes sprituality.
He might be talking to you because he does not have any other friend to Talk. Still since you are not able to tolerate,
discussing this with your parents would help.
Or better encourage him to get like minded friends.

My brother used to pick on me all the time, I love him though, if anything had of happened to him I'd have been crushed.
Just tell him to knock it off, if he doesn't tell him you'll sneak in his room while he's sleeping and pierce both his ears and paint his finger and toe nails...
