btw the situation and look of my teeth are kinda acceptable, not very bad, i asked the doctor if his advice was for the sake of the look or the health of my teeth, and he said for both !

If your teeth are in good health, and you can maintain them easily, then why do it?
What is there to stop you from doing something about it at a later time?
Do YOU feel the need to change things? If you're not sure, then don't.
Ask your friends and relatives for their opinions. Maybe get a 2nd opinion from another dentist.
I'm a dentist, and as a matter of principle, I don't see it as my place to tell people that they NEED to do something to improve their appearance. I will tell them if they need something for their HEALTH. I am primarily a health professional, not a beautician. There's enough people in this world with self-image problems already without me making them feel worse about themselves.
However if someone is concerned about their looks and ASKS me about available treatment, then I discuss it with them.

One should not ignore the advice by his dentist. But Mozomo has offered a very good and cost effective idea. As an extension make a yahoo or google search for Affordable Dental Treatment and Tourism, and pick up one of the most suitable options, check up their prices and board the flight at first opportunity.

You should do it. If not then your dental problems will only get worse. The bridge will keep your teeth in the correct position. If you don't get it you'll get crooked teeth and other problems. It's best to nip any dental problems in the bud.

Go for it...it will keep your teeth straight and in line. You won't notice it now but will make a big difference as the years go by.

If you have doubts get a second opinion. But you should get the gap filled or the other teeth will get crooked and you will lose more.

i would do it, the bridge will keep your teeth the correct amount of space apart, if you dont do it your teeth will shift and possibly end up crooked
