I find English spoken with a French or Scottish accent very sexy, whereas an accent from East London, Manchester or Wales are a big turn-off.

All accents are sexy when spoken by the right person. I show no bias ;)
Personally the Manchester accent totally does it for me though, but that could be because I grew up in the North West and moved to the South, so its a hankering thing...

Hmmm, well personally I find Scottish and Geordie accents the sexiest and absolutely loathe Essex and Cockney accents. A well-spoken southern English accent can be a turn on too, i.e. like Derren Brown, mmmm.

i'm not from england, but i understand that the english spoken in the east london, manchester, and wales areas are bad english. i don't think bad english is attractive. i have never heard an english accent with a french or scottish accent before so i don't know how it sounds to judge its attractiveness, but i do get what you are saying. i simply love the southern accent in the united states, especially the dialect of mississippi, alabama, and louisana. i love it and i think it is extremely sexy sounding on a man. there is a european accent i love so very much but i'm not sure exactly which country it is though. but all in all, i get what you are saying.

I love Welsh accents, they're so rich and lilting. I also think that the Irish accent is pleasant to listen to. As far as American accents, southern ones make me melt. I love a true Texan drawl and get weak in the knees over a Louisiana one with a hint of Creole.

I totaly agree - I dislike accents such as cokney - juck especualy if woman are broad cockney - but a lovely irsish /scottish accenet is pleasent - and some walles to - but cornich - oh dear all them errrs - no no - we have the same here in Denmark I hate the accent of copenhagen but love the accent of North Juttland and Fyn
But I love Australian english - what a thrill!!

being Irish - I find english and scottish accents really sexy - scots can be quite hard to understand at times (sorry!) as can cockney accents - but overall I love em!

yes must be some truth in it, I am scottish and i have been told all over the world my accent is so seeeeeexy.
I find it strange but even stranger was a visit to liverpool many years ago,
i was in a club and simply said its very WARM in here, this girl heard me and asked me to say the word WARM again, she says it turned her on no -end and the rest is history,,

I think a accent like a chick with a hot body that is wearing a mini skirt that drops her cell phone and when she bends over to pick it up shows that she is wearing a thong is sexy. As far as accents go I like G.R.I.T.S (Girls Raised In The South)
