lemon Juice can last for different duration depending on the storage environment. For example frozen lemon juice will last longer than non-freezed.
At room temperature 1 ltr lemon juice can last for 37 days. After 22 days it starts to precipitate (becomes hard after some more days). Usually if you keep it in open it will get worse earlier than this.
Lemon Juice will loose its taste if it is kept at hot places for longer.

It'll last a day at most, before it goes off - even in the fridge. Best advice is to freeze it. Furthermore, if you freeze it into ice-tray cubes, it's excellent in a long glass of pineapple juice -or gin, for that matter.

If you squeezed it yourself-about 3-5 days refrigerated-you can put in an ice cube tray, make lemon cubes, then put them in a baggy in the freezer for later use. `D
