If I rolled off my car onto the pavement what are the chances I could do serious damage? Moving and not moving?

Not moving, you might injure yourself, but probably not.
Moving, you might be able to get away without hurting yourself, but unless you have fairly extensive stunt training (or something similar) I wouldn't try it.

Not moving - no serious injury
Moving - depends how fast the car is going.

The only worry there is your head, wear a helmet if possible, the rest of you will probably be fine. The higher the speed......well, you get the idea. 5 MPH max, I´d say.
