I am a lustful person, but Christ helps me beat back temptations. Sometimes i fall and ask for forgiveness, and also the ability to overcome all temptations.

Remember there is a difference between sin and tempting thoughts. Thoughts automatically come into the mind, but if you entertain them, or dwell upon them, you will fall.

2Sa 11:2 And it came to pass in an eveningtide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house: and from the roof he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon.

All David had to do was look away and ask for strength.

Matthew 5:28 says that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

A few years ago I was dating this girl, and she told me she really wanted to sleep with me, but didn't want to sin; I used this verse to convince her that we already were adulterers in the eyes of God, so we might as well emjoy ourselves.

That's right, I used the bible to get laid.
