break out on my head and where the dye got on my neck, how can i relieve this?

use vitimen E oil, its 100% pure, my boyfriend used it wen he got 1st degree burns, cuz basically thats what youve got burns. give it ago, hope you get it sorted out, ive done it so many times, but i never learn, all this is the aim to look beautiful...

use head and sholders shampoo and never dye your hair again unless u want to be bald im sure that u have very beautiful natural hair

I would try aloe gel until your hair stylist's shop opens and you can call them! They know what they used and what might help, hopefully. If not, call a dermatologist

GO AND SEE YOUR CHEMIST THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING SIMMILAR TO DERMA CREAM.
