You should have also asked the question " what are you saved from?" as well as who is saved? JESUS says that " who so ever call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved. "Shall" means future tense. But it all depends on the person decision if they want to be or not.

why jesus save people with his blood..if jesus is god..then he may not even used his blood..its useless as he may have powers that could save millions of people lives without needs to get himself killed..what make jesus god? by arrived in the world without a father? i bet more jesus will be born if people allows clone in the future..

Jesus took on the sins of the world so that we may have life everlasting--a free gift that is by faith.
No restrictions, no "have tos", no control--only love and FREE choice to accept this gift or not.
