You gotta be honest! It's the only way. You will never feel at peace with the relationship if you haven't been honest, since it is obvious by your discomfort that you are not naturally a user. Even if she lets you go, you'll know you did the right thing.

Indulge in dialog -- its always good to speak out how you feel about a particular thing. It may sometimes be difficult, but never mind, speak out your mind. Bent up feelings and thoughts would sometimes prove to be disastrous. Encourage her also to speak out her mind like ways. Since we are all human being, we are never correct all the time. We all make mistakes. Speak out the truth becuz only then trust will be there in a relationship. Another thing that experience has taught me -- never look back and entertain the feeling of guilt, for there is always a fresh tomorrow and another day. Remember no two days are similar. Different thought process is there in our self every morning when we get up from bed. Good Luck !

I think what you're saying is you did something with her (best) friend. I'm sorry but you have to tell her the truth -- something is not right there. I think call it a break up, she has to know what happened. If she doesn't know, she'll find out one way or another, I guess. So take my advice, tell her and end the relationship.

Is this a riddle, if you really want some real answers. tell us what you are talking about,
also I suggest you have a proper meal and a decent nights sleep.
you are obviously very upset right now. I suggest you take a break from inside your own head, maybe go for a jog and exercise off those excess emotions
