Focus your attention on your body. You have to realize that you cannot read other people's minds. You have no idea what they are thinking about you. You have to train yourself to not assume that they think x, y, or z about you. You have to work on what you think about yourself, what others think is not as important. When you were born, you had to do it alone. When you die, you will be on your own too. You are the only one who will go through to hardest things with you. You have to learn how to trust yourself, trust your opinions about yourself by training them to be of positive things. Take some challenging classes or activities and work on them until you have accomplished something hard or difficult. You might work your way up to really hard things, but when you show yourself that you can do those things, it will help improve your self-esteem.
