YES MOST LICE PRODUCTS WILL TAKE THE DYE OUT OF YOUR HAIR UNLESS YOU CAN FIND AN ALL NATURAL PRODUCT. fOR HEALTH RESONS I ADVISE THAT YOU ERRADICATE THE LICE FIRST. AFTER 5 DAYS RE-APPLY THE LICE TREATMENT & CONTINUE UNTIL ALL GONE. SORRY THAT YOU HAVE LICE AND IT CAN BE VERY ANNOYING BUT KEEP UP THE APPLICATIONS AND THEN IT WILL DETERMINE WHETHER YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-DYE YOUR HAIR.

The only good answer to head lice is combing - by someone who is very dedicated and thorough - using a nit comb, on wet hair, every few days, until all signs are gone. Insecticides don't always work, and are not recommended for repeated use for health reasons. Get your priorities right - sort out your lice before you worry about your hair colour!

I dont think hair dye kills lice- you have to use lice shampoo & wash all of your sheets in hot water, clean your clothes, vacuum very well & they have a spray for carpets. also, you have to use a comb to get the eggs out of your hair because the shampoo doesn't kill them- someone has to go through your hair & get them out where you cant see.... my daughter had this once, and it was a MAJOR pain in the @ss- i shampood her hair w/ the medicine for like, 2 mos after just because i was so paranoid. you have to be very careful otherwise it will come back.
