You don't have to wrap it in foil to cook it on a George Forman grill. Typically a foil wrap is used for oven cooking, to cook it slow and let spices simmer into the fish.

Yes. Turn the shiny sid eof the foil inward. Poke some holes (small holes, use a tooth pick or something). Turn he george foreman on high. Cook for 10 minutes. Then check on it. Open the foil, turn the fish over and cover in new foil. place in George foremna. Repeat until cooked? What type of fish are you doing? Try using a bit of lemon juice mixed with a drop of olive oil to keep it moist and tender! Brush it on using an egg brush or even a fork. Sprinkle a TINY bit of fresh herbs on and it should taste great!

Please! Fish is so good for you...and you need the fish oils (OMEGA) so whatever you do don't put it anywhere near the George Foreman ! Just wrap it in foil and oven bake, or place in a little wine and poach....fish is so versatile, and Formman grills just ruin food. You can diet very successfully without one - I Promise you!

Save the flavour, the juiceyness and the texture - kick your foreman down!

you can but it will just steam it same as if you wrapped it in foil and put it in the oven, the purpose of the grill is to get a nice sear, if your dieting just rub the fish with olive oil, salt, fresh ground pepper and fresh thyme and cook it directly on the foreman grill, for a nice sauce mix 1tablespoon of dijon with lemon juice, red wine vinegar, fresh minced chives and parsley and drizzle in olive oil while you whisk till it thickens and season to taste with s and p.

I don't know for def but I don't think so coz you are given that plastic spatula thing to use with it when you get it coz i dont think you are meant to use metal. maybe because it scrapes or maybe coz you can get an electric shock (like with a toaster).
