is there a web site to make freinds ( female ) through internet without paying by credit cards.?

i would like to make freinds - females only from 35 yrs - 45 yrs old . in mumbai as i will be on a tour to india shortly.

you can create a blog at my space, bebo.com or xanga and people will start writing you and sending you pictures. also there is sites where you can rate peoples pictures and send them emails to meet them for free. sites: hot or not, picture judge, 2 pic rate, etc. just type in search bar rate peoples pics, there will be pages and pages.
