This question is for the women, I'm 26 and my girlfriend is almost 19. We will not be having kids for atleast the next 5years.

we are both past the "partying age" and she is very mature in relation to the other girls her age in this town.

No way, wise choice not to have kids yet so why not wait for 5 years to get married before the children come along. I know 19 sounds old enough, but I know now looking back, 19 was not old enough for some of the decisions I made at that age, let her get a little older first then see where the land lays.

Forget about the age difference. You should date for at least two years from now on before you can decide whether it is the right time to get married. If you love each other that is not too much to ask from each other.

You're probably fine to get married...make it a stressfree thing though.
She's still young, so committment may/may not be an issue.
What is an issue is planning the wedding so that she and you are as stress-free before the day of the wedding, which eliminates many many last minute changes in plans!

half of the girls in my school are pregnant by the age of 13 though 16 so no 19 its not that younge.

i had the chance and i didnt go for it!!its too soon to get married at 19..but if u are not having kids for at least 5 years would be ok.but u are not very sure about this coz kids maybe will come after one year..so... dont marry her. be with her and marry her at her 25 old !! thats my opinion!!

No No No... You have plenty of time for marriage. I dont care if the two of you have been dating for years and years... that is way too young for anyone to get married.

i was going to get married at 19, but we broke up, looking back i would still of married him, as i still love him now, i think girls mature faster then men, and if you are both ready then go for it, good luck,

let that girl mature little bit more, psycologically, she is not mature enough. let her experience life(with u i'm saying). i'm 24 and i'm not gonna marry until i'm 30 (i have a fiance, but i'm not getting married now, it's too early)

what ever floats your boat. shes a legal age to marry so, if you 2 are both liking the idea...than go for it.

my friend is 28 and his wife is 19, they r in love, actually my buddy is kindda afraid of his wife, he really does love her, he recently purchased a mansion for his wife. Tht stingy guy wouldnt even buy new shoes for himself, but for his wife....anything.
