The answers so far have been pretty much correct, except the "dd" at the end doesn't sound like the "th" in Griffith. In English there's a subtle difference between the sound "th" makes in the words "this" and "thought", if you listen carefully.
I'm a native speaker and yes, it's pretty much just like Griffith sounds in English, except it's the first "th" sound you want at the end of the word, as in "this", not the second, as in "thought".

It is pronounced like Griffith more or less. The welsh 'u' is pronounced 'i'. However the'th' at the end has a harder sound like the 'th' in 'the' rather than the 'th' in thistle.

Yes, it is pronounced like "Griffith", except instead of "th" like in "thistle" or "thought", it's "th" like "this" or "other".
The "u" and "y" are both pronounced just like the "i" in English "Griffith".
Welsh is a hard language.

You are correct, it is pronounced as if it were 'Griffith'. The 'dd' is always 'th' in Welsh.
