It depends, the speed you become aroused is directly proportional to the stimli. You could get wet within the span of sentance or it could take an hour if you're not terribly interrested in sex. 15 seconds might be a bit faster than average at your age but nothing to be worried about.

it is normal. The older you get, it will takes longer! I get wet whenever he is inside me, but to be honest, I dont feel a thing!
