I was petting the bear on the head and trying to feed it from food in the refrigerator, but as I was feeding it bolgna, the whole pack at once, and everything else I realized I did not have enough food in the whole refrigerator for even one good meal for the bear. Then, I came downstairs, and the house was different, not this house or any house I've ever lived in, I felt very scared of it and called animal control. When three men arrived to take the bear it jumped through the door and attacked them. What does this dream mean?

To see animals in your dream, represents your own physical characteristic, primitive desires, and sexual nature, depending on the qualities of the particular animal. Animals symbolizes the untamed and uncivilized aspects of yourself.

Bears symbolize the cycle of life and death and renewal. It may signal of period of introspection and thinking. The dream may also be a pun on "bare". Perhaps you need to bare your soul and let everything out into the open.

To see food in your dream, represents physical and emotional nourishment and energies. The different types of food can symbolize a wide range of things.

To dream that you are scared, indicates that you are experiencing self-doubt and feelings of incompetence. You may be feeling a lack of control. Anger often masquerades as fear, so also consider issues about which you are angry about in your waking life.

To dream that you or others are being attacked by an animal, is a warning to be careful with those around you. Take notice on who you know in your waking like that shares and exhibits the same qualities of the animal that attacked you in your dream.

Animal Dreams

Psychological Meaning: Animals signify the primal, instinctive and sometimes base desires. Your dream may be drawing your attention to an aspect of your nature that you undervalue or part of yourself that you repress. Try to get in touch with the 'natural you'. Be more spontaneous and less rational. Within everyone is a deep instinctive energy that has a transforming power. If you dream of eating an animal this is a classical mythical symbol that represents assimilating natural wisdom. Fighting an animal may show that you are grappling with your shadow- the hidden part of yourself that the conscious mind has rejected. Animals guarding a treasure can represent the brutish passions which may prevent you from realising your true spiritual potential. Animals may also express certain qualities: For example, a dog may represent devotion, a cat may represent the intuition, a tiger may represent fear and a pig may symbolise gluttony and bad behaviour. Sometimes animals can represent other people i.e. we often describe people with animal images: sly as a fox, slippery as a fish, a lying snake, strong as an ox etc

House Dreams

Financial security. Happiness within the family. Honor and dignity. Being.

Psychological Meaning: This dream may be about your need for security. You may feel that your situation is better now. For example, do you feel ‘at home’ in your job is your environment ‘homely’? Perhaps you feel that after a period of struggle you are now on home ground? Your dream may also include references to your own childhood or, if single, thoughts about starting a family of your own.
