I try to keep 4 types of goals
Daily I try to accomplish not only my normal routine but something more.
Monthly I try to achieve a new goal every month.
Bi Monthly I do this to revolve or change goals I evaluate system and see where I can improve or change to make better.
And semiannually I try not to set more than 2-3 of these a year. (promotion) (raise) and things like that.
The number one thing I use as a focal point is what I will have when I obtain this goal. Will I own a house, car, etc. Doing this should keep you on track for your goal.

Sounds like its time to nurture yourself. What do you like to do that you haven't indulged in lately? Is there some form of art that calls you back to yourself? Sometimes its something as simple as sitting on a blanket in your front yard, watching the day come to an end. Listening to music, especially music that you enjoy that you haven't listen to in a while. Surrounding yourself in nature also works. You might also think about starting a journal or a blog. I blog but mark all my blogs private so no one else can view them. And I like that because I can journal without worrying about what I say.
