Why not use cloth diapers?

I know, I know, they cause more laundry. Too bad. So you have to do 2 more loads of laundry a week. Big deal. Such a small sacrifice for the health and safety of your baby.

All that plastic, paper and chemicals against your baby's skin. That can't be good no matter what.

Your baby will potty train sooner when wearing cloth diapers because they can feel the wetness and don't like it therefore they want to be out of diapers sooner.

Not to mention our landfills. I can't believe that the plastic, paper, chemicals and human waste going into our landfills is a good thing. The human waste breeds harmful bacteria that filters down into our drinking water, hmmmmm. . . . yummy! The diaper itself will take decades to decay.

Maybe I'll just pile them up in your backyard to see how long the last. That's what we do when we put them in the landfill, we pile them up in someone else's back yard.

Think about it. Isn't it your baby's health and comfort that should come first, not the convenience for you when it comes to changing the diaper?? Your baby should come first.

Good luck.

Do you really think any brand is comfy ??? A wet sensation on my bottom would not be comfy! Some brands are better then others at stopping leaks but if you change their bottoms enough.. leaks shouldn't matter, buy what doesn't break the baby out (some have added stuff like aloe vera) and what fits your budget

I think 100% all natural cotton cloth diapers would be the most comfortable for any baby. But if I had to choose a disposable diaper brand, it would probably be Pampers, because that's what one of my nephews wore when he was a baby.

I used Luvs guarantee not to leak or your money back. Plus they had Blue's Clues on them so that was the only one my daughter would wear, plus they are cheaper than Huggies or Pampers. I also found out that the store brand never held much in them so I was constantly changing diapers, especially on the go.

I used Pampers Swaddlers on my twins from the time they were born and they are 9 months now and in Pampers Cruisers. I tried Huggies, but they smelled something awful. I tried Luvs but they didn't seem to hold as much. I tried White Cloud and well, let's just not even go there!
With twins I know that Pampers tend to be more costly, but they are also worth the money!!

I tend to agree with most of those answers, but it depends on the baby, and the diaper. One thing that I do know, although the cheaper brands sometimes work the best, in general, this is not one of those times you want to pinch pennies. In general, you get what you pay for.

Definitely no diaper is the most comfy!

CLoth is the next best thing, especially organic cotton velour! Nothing nicer on a baby's tush than that!

At first I wanted to use Huggies, but every time my daughter would wear those she would get a rash, so I switched to Pampers and the problem stopped. I also used the generic brand from our PX and they worked just as well.

I started off w/ pampers and had nothing but problems w/ them. I switched to huggies when he was two weeks old and I love em.

I called kimberly-clark co and told them how much I like their diapers. One week later I had 15 $2.00 off coupons for calling and complimenting.

We use the Parent's Choice diapers from Wal-Mart. They are cheap, soft, not too bulky, and we don't have leaks (except when she has blow-outs, which would come out any diaper lol).
