Today I have drunk over a litre of water, half of what you're supposed to drink daily to be properly hydrated, but my tummy feels so sloshy and yuk! Who else finds it really difficult to drink 2 litres of water a day like we're supposed to?

Actually it depends on ur body size and the activity you're using. If you are a couch potatoes and always in a cool environment, there's no reason you need to 'rehydrate' so much as a person who does sports regularly.

"Sloshy Tummy" means , your stomach is flooded, you have to do some pee-pee drain or else it will come out to your anus.
