I think that law needs to be changed.... after all they are invading this country, do we as Americans not have the right to defend our borders ??

Because there are ******* in the white house and our government who are not brave enough to give their citizens the means to defend their own country from the invaders they cant stop themselves. There are a lot of gangs in the USA, and a lot of them are made out of US citizens, I'm sure they need shooting practice, hell, I'm sure that they would end the wars between them in order to go down to the border and protect their turf that way. Hell, i could see someone in the Klan giving someone in the Black Panther's bullets for their gun when they run out. There are already good citizens on the border doing just that, and the good law enforcement officers down there are turning a blind eye like they should. By doing that, they are helping protect us.

Your question is thoughtless. Why are there laws against killing dogs or cats? Is it right to take human life? Are you threatened or endangered? If we were so serious about protecting our borders, then how did 11 million cross over unbeknownst to the government?

First of all learn how to spell the word SNEAK. I mean come on what's your education level fourth grade? And have you forgotten that the founding fathers of THIS country are immigrants. They didn't stay in their country but came here to work for a better life. Who does that remind you of? And yes we have a right to defend our borders.
But against what? Thousands of migrant workers who just want to work and take care of their families? Wow what a big threat. I'm surprised the National Guard hasn't been called in. Isn't this country based on family values and immigration? So what exactly are you defending this country from?

Though I think Yugoslavia should have done so with journalists (I know about at least one Israeli journalist who did the following, and I hate the Israeli media) who came there illegally during wars (against terrorists or against NATOzis) who came there illegally in order to demonize Serbs.

As long as they get visa's or become legal citizens I have no problem with it. Otherwise send them back on a rail, cage or a box.

hell yes we should be able to shoot them. We can shoot someone (in defense) for breaking into our homes so why not our country?

For the same reason it is illegal to shoot someone else you see committing a non-violent crime... no one's life is in danger; although, you do have a right to make a citizen's arrest and detain them until the authorities arrive.
