What should I do? I have thought of many standard romantic ideas, however, I am looking for something different, maybe over the top, but not too expensive. She is a beautiful woman and I am madly in love with her. I just want her to know that I care for her.

All great suggestions below but perhaps creating a gift that could only be hers. Purchase a small photo album and fill it with pictures of you and her. Include pictures of places and events that you attended together and next to each photo write down what was magical about that day or moment - what was she wearing, what perfume did she have on, how she made you feel, the silly joke she told .
Give her the album and turn each page with her and read the comments out loud to her (only her).
We women like to feel that we so captivate a man that he resorted to doing something only a man truly "ln love" could do. Any man with lots of cash or a credit cards can buy a fancy dinner or a night away. 10 years from now she will have forgotten about the fancy dinner or bracelet - but she will forever hold on to that once in a lifetime expression of love.

only time can tell, by the little things you do, like giving her a back rub, looking after her when she is feeling out of sorts, being a good listening ear.. making her a gift rather than buying an expensive one.. that will surely touch her heart..
when i was young and poor and wanted a piano badly, my boyfriend (young and poor too) got a piece of plywood and painted all 88 keys of the piano and wrote a long message behind.. it was a very thoughtful gift and touched me more than any tiffany gem did.
cook her dinner
make a flower posy with something unusual like wildflowers
if you can write her a love song.. do that.
post it on youtube...
be sincere.. if you are.. she will believe you..

Hi, you don't have to impress her, just continue to be there for her, tell her how much you adore her. It sounds like you doing all that now. My husband went on the radio once and told me( and the world) how much he loved me. It was kinda embarrassing coz he said my full name, but i did enjoy it. All the best. TJx

Tell her how much you love her in front of a bunch of friends and family. That would embarrass me but make me feel wonderful all at the same time.

does she love you? does she know you love her this much? spending money or being over the top doesnt show love, giving respect and actions show love, if she loves you as much as you love her you need not do a thing but be there for each other , if she requires material things to be in love with you ,you need to step back and rethink things. just be yourself man
