who has the power to ban questions? if your questions were "banned" then you probably don't deserve your points back.

As much as I disagree with the method that Y!A has for reporting (someone reports abuse, it's automatically assumed to be valid), it's only a few points and you can get them back by answering more questions.

that is THE dumb part of this yahoo q and a. i got banned questions for no reason. in fact you incited me to abuse this banning option and i am going to ban other people's questions. lets all do this.
