i can only say from my christian view point,
1stly i get the most Healing anointed christian to pray on hands, ask him what he feels, get him to make your direction clear.
also my personal opinion & ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO: if a person is on life support situation, no brainwave activity, whole brain death, no life behind the eyes, & won't LIVE if left without life support, i believe the person soul & spirit has left, gone to heaven. i take that decision & ask God to forgive me, however if your dad is not in that situation, u shd not stop the medication. that will be unforgivable.

If you stop your father's treatment because it's expensive then you are being selfish. If they are helping keep it going. You can pay the hospital $100 a month and still receive treatment. If you are thinking of stopping it because it isn't helping at all and your father is slowing dying then I suggest to call a priest in and give him last rites and talk with the doctors, family and priest and listen for God's whisper. God will never steer you wrong.

Life and death is in the hands of God. God forgives. If God wants your father to live, he will live without the treatment.

pray about it keeping him alive might not be God's will. If God wants him alive He can do it without the Drs help. Then after he dies file bankruptcy or if he can sign papers have him file b4 he dies. Pray to God to heal Him if you have not done so already.

Sorry - None of us can speak for God. Go to the source. ask God in prayer and then do what you feel in your heart is right.

If you're looking for the right decision; Do what you can, that's all you *can* do.
God will forgive you. Other people may not though.
I trust that you will do the right thing.

That I am not sure about. Unless he literally and physically takes his own life, I believe that you can be forgiven for it. The BIBLE says that there are 2 unforgivable sins: Suicide and Blasphemy.
Suicide: taking your own life
Blasphemy: renouncing that GOD exists after you have felt his presence and know that he is REAL.
