click START and look for the microsoft excel in the PROGRAMS.
if you didnt find any, then you have no excel.
if you need an excel, just search it on the net and download.

1) Try to load it, clicking in the icon ( on your desktop).

2) If 1 doesn't work, then select START, all the programs, look for Office, then select Excel.

3) if 2 doesn't work, then you know for sure is not in your computer.

4) Don't worry, you can install it again, no problem about it, you don't lose any file.

Get the "MS Office" disc, put it in your CD / DVD driver and follow the steps, done !!!

I hope you don't have to reach up to number 4.

Good luck.

Excel is a program.. part of the Office

So if you had the excel file.. it should be have a name.
something.XLS

What you can do is.. go to start--> Search
and do a search for all file or folder.
look for *.xls ... enter that exactly. (star, dot, xls)
then all the excel files on your computer would show up.
find whichever want you were talking about.

gd luck
