It means a lot of people. An example would be; I went to the club and everybody and they grandma was there.

Its an exsevive amount of people. Such as going to Wal-Mart on Sunday's. In their parking lot it would be appropreit to say "Dag! Everybody and they momma is here"

Means a bunch of people.

Order a pizza and say "everything and its brother"-means every single thing they have to put on it.
