What the Hell does this stupid question have to do with etiquette???

I've read tons and tons of non-fiction books on crime and murder, and I've never come across a term for this. Technically, raping someone could only cause death if severe internal bleeding was caused, and the cause of death would likely be classified as such.

not a scientific name but there is a legal term for it.
it depends on the state that you live in for the term though.
if the rape continues til after they die then you are officially a necrophiliac.

legal terms differ between states, but under these circumstances if they are raped until they die they get sent to the special victims unit ans are classified as a homicide.
