its spelt "silenzio stampa" its italian and means literally "press silence". if somebody or a company is "in silenzio stampa" it means that it has decided to stop giving press conferences or comments for a certain period of time. it is very common among football teams, they stop talking to journalists when they are not doing good and maybe blame the press for writing things that pull down the team spirit.

Something like "silence of the press". It's an Italian expression to mean that somebody is not making any statements to the press.
