Global warming is mainly caused for natural reasons, when scientist actually looked way into the past, that came up. We are removing the worlds natural resources, polluting and yes I think that we are helping the global warming become worse than what it would be naturally, but if everyone in the world became concious of what they were doing and were willing to change their habits in hope of trying to help the earth, we would find the effects of global warming slow down, if this continues for a few thousand years, the Earth will be able to repair the hole in the ozone layer, but natural resources like coal (eg) take millions of years for the earth to be created (which is one of the main things that we use that cause pollution)

We are abusing the planet and destroying natural resources, which is a big problem. Global warming would occur even without us screwing with the planet, so it's another issue.

there was an ice-age right?what melted all of that ice?global warming melted all of that ice!!!the earth warms up and the earth cools down.it is all Mother Nature and Mother Nature is female and she has her cycles and those cycles have to do with the earth rotating around the sun.the earth doesn't rotate around the sun in a perfect circle so sometimes the earth is closer to the sun than other times so some times the globe is warmer than other times.

Ok, not to do with "God" and everything else, we are way too materialistic...If we didn't have to have all our little "toys" society and the planet would be better off...I'm not saying that all technology is bad, medicine is a great thing...But if we would just stop it with having to have the newest cell phone, newest ipod, newest whatever, we'd all be happier, and there wouldn't be as much pollution.

It all depends upon whether you think that you are personally responsible, or one of those that decided to do something about it.

Gaia is a living being, and she is capable of healing on her own. Did you ever think about how natural selection deals with birth control?
