um... what scripture exactly says that all faiths and religions would be with Him in heaven?? I know the scriptures that say, Jesus is the way the truth and the life- NO man comes to the Father EXCEPT through Him! There are several scriptures that support this and back it up. Sin has caused a rift between us and God- He has written His word upon our hearts but it is only when we acknowledge that and accept the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ that we can have Him indwelling within us and have fellowship with Him. There is no fellowship with the Father outside of Jesus Christ- I see nothing in God's word htat refutes that.

here's the thing someone is feeding you inacurate information
Example Jesus says to the man on the cross next to him that they will be togather in paradise. That is different than heaven. The word in the original b4 translation is the same word used for hades, and later pergatory. B4 Christ hung on the cross all souls went to a holding area. This was bcuz Jesus had not yet come so the decision to accept Him could not be made. If you read about after Jesus died on the cross (in Acts I think or last chap of John) it says Jesus decended b4 He ascended. That was when He went to Hades, or paradise and preached the truth and took those who accepted to heaven with Him.
If you want to know the truth it is hard to get from people who just sit and listen to a preacher who does not know that of which He speaks. You must go to the Book seller and get a study Bible, or maybe even two different study Bibles and start reading for your self. When I started I had a red letter edition (what Jesus said is in red) and I only read the red. When you have done that (takes a very few hours) you will know two things one most Christians do not know the truth and two who Jesus really is. You can easily make a decision about Him after reading those few short hours. My bet is you will get an immediate hunger for more, like the best book you ever read.
He specifically does not say we are all His brethern --He say the path is narrow and few shall choose it
He said there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth sounds like hell to me
he said He would send the comforter (the Holy Spirit) to some not all and in the second chapter of acts not everyone was filled but the believers were. thats a little different than He is in us at birth, not saying in some cases that might not be but it never says that in the Bible and i do not remember Jesus ever saying that
so here it is I do not know who has been telling you what but it sounds like the new age movement I was raised in b4 I read the Bible
I wish you the very best and hope you take the time to read the Bible for yourself, don't let some hair brain tell you cuz he probably has his own personal agenda

You should get your quotes right, He did not say that the men beside Him would be in Heaven. That was promised to the one that ask Jesus to remember Him in heaven.
Jesus also said that unless you eat His bread of life and drink His blood of life you will not have life in you. Before rising into heaven He also said to Love the father and to love one another as He had loved them.
As for faiths, churches, He told Peter that He is the Rock upon which He builds His Church and the Gates of hell would not prevail against it. Too, that He would be with His Church always.
Everything man has done, creating other religions as though what Christ did was not enough, which means Christ lied about being with HIS CHURCH FOR EVER.
Christianity means the followers of Christ. Others, Hebrew and Muslims, use the Old Testament and conclude that Jesus is not the son of God. So you have different ideas, beliefs or how ever you want to say it. LOVE is the answer. You cannot LOVE and violate any of the commandments!

Jesus is the only way to God. Meaning that to get eternal life in Heaven you are to believe that Jesus is the Son of God, the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity, that Jesus was 100% divine and 100% human, that Jesus died to redeem our sins and rose from the dead to destroy death and ascended into Heaven to open the gates of Heaven for us.
Jesus only told one of the men that He will take him to Heaven with Him. The man to His right believed that Jesus was the Son of God and asked for forgiveness. The man to His left didn't.
Jesus is NOT an icon. He IS God. He is the Son of God, we are children of God. We can never be like Jesus. He was divine. He's words tell us about His Father and tells us exactly what we have to do to get to Heaven. If we don't we will go to hell. Jesus's followers, disciples & the apostles, did NOT twist anything around!!!! After Jesus went back to Heaven, He sent the Holy Spirt, the 3rd Person of the Trinity, to the 12 faithful followers (Pentecost). The Holy Spirit filled them with the Truth of God's words and they spread out to different areas to preach the Truth. Sorry to say but you are twisting Jesus' words.
If you are not a Christian, then what god are you being faithful to?

Sure, if you have NEVER sinned.
Jesus is the only one who's ever lived a perfectly sinless life. Christianity is the ONLY religion that doesn't strive for man to save himself.
Say the requirement to get into heaven is to jump over the grand canyon, and you can jump 50 ft because you're in great physical condition, but I can only jump 10 ft because I'm out of shape, what difference does it make? Neither of us has a chance of succeeding. Jesus is the only way - He is the bridge!

That's an oxy-moron. Being faithful in God is being a Christian. No ifs, ands, or buts. Jesus is/was/and always will be the ultimate sacrifice. That is why we no longer offer sacrifices to the Lord. There will never be anything more innocent or more pure than Jesus. He didn't say to wash in his blood because he could not tell the future to know that we should.

You REEEEEally need to read the Bible for a bit, OK, sweetie. Do you know what being a Christian entails? It is not an opinion, or good works, it is a lifestyle. If you read, even, just the Gospels, you will see the real Jesus, not the one you think you know....Good Luck, Start reading, don't get left behind.

Jesus told the thief that he would be with him in Paradise, not Heaven. Jesus is the son of God. That's what he called himself. He said he was the way to the Father (God) meaning by following Him we could return to the presence of God the Father. Jesus is our matador, he helps us overcome sin through his atonement so that we are worthy to be in the presence of God, who is the Father of our spirits. What we call ourselves is of little consequence.
