I don't urinate anywhere near what normal people do. I only went once today, and I'll probably have one more go tonight. I don't neglect to drink when I am thirsty, and I don't like to drink anymore than I want. Is this healthy? And I drink a lot of pop(I'm addicted), should I get off of it?... I feel silly now.

Water is essential of life. Water helps eliminate the toxin in your body. Insufficient intake = reduced output.

When one feels thristy, one is likely to be dehydrated already. Drinking is a conscious effort. Make an effort to increase a glass a day. Record down how many glasses of plain water you drink every day over 2 weeks, when you start to reach 8 glasses a day, you'll be guarantee to visit the toilet more often.

If your body crave sugar, very likely your digestive system can break down sugar. Watch out ... it's bad for your health in the long run. You need not cut down completely, just need to learn to say "no" to it and reduce it consciously.

Take care.

Yes, you need to drink more water (and not as much soda pop, that stuff is tasty but unhealthy). An easy way is to try replacing a couple of sodas a day. Or try drinking a glass of water in the morning as soon as you wake up, another one mid-day. You will have greatly improved things just by adding those two.

Maybe something is wrong with your kidneys. Actually since you drink a lot of pop, you should be peeing more since its a diuretic. Do you live in Ohio? I hear that us Ohioans are the only people who say pop instead of soda :)
You don't need to take a herbal supplement to get rid of acid in your body, obviously that girl doesn't know how to take care of her body the normal way. Just drink more water and see a doctor if necessary.

drink a LOT of water one morning (like 6 or 7 glasses, tap water goes down easier than cold water). and see what happens. if you dont pee a few times about 30 minutes after. then you need to go see a doctor..your body must be holding the water for some reason.

Not drinkng enough can cause serious problems like kidney stones, which cause as much pain as childbirth.
If you are drinking a lot of pop you should be urinating too.
Drs make you urinate in a jug to measure how much you go in one day.
If you can talk to a dr do so.

You only feel thirsty when you are already dehydrated. Sodas do very little to hydrate because of the high sodium content. try drinking three bottles of water a day to rehydrate. A natural mineral supplement with aloe is a great idea too. your body will have build up toxins and uric acid you will need to wash out of your system to feel healthy. The supplements are inexpensive, easy to take and have no negative side effects.

Yes, this is unhealthy; your body needs lots of water to naturally flush the toxins out. A healthy person's urine should be clear, or you know you are not getting enought water.

if your drinking only when you are thristy you are already dehydrated. You are not drinking enough water. The recomendation is 8 8oz glasses per day but I say drink a gallon.

Do you sweat a lot? But you shouldn't just rely on your feeling, but drink 8 cups of water everyday.

Probably best to talk to a doctor about this, but I'd suggest drinking more water... Kidney stones are a *****!
