This long? 2 Weeks is not long. This is some real grief. A relation died. You may be an old man later in life, be married have children an grand children and think back to that day and still feel that way.
Human emotion is not something that goes away. you just learn to live with it and think about it less every day.
Listen to sad songs, cry a lot and pick up your life again.

Yes it is normal if the relationship is deep. It hurts even after 30 years for me even though i've been married and divorced again. They say the first real love is always the strongest. the only way is to keep your self occupied to stop your self thinking and when ready start dating again this is the best way to ease the pain.and eventualy a new friendship will become the forefront and make life feel good again.Talking to someone like the Samaritans also helps when you are rearly down.

yes it is. Breaking up has the same effect as losing a loved one to death. Your sense of lose of a special person is hard to deal with and can be painful for quite some time. Time is the only fix to that pain leaving.....it eases with time hun...this i know. You will have several steps...like anger, pain, sadness, depression....and finally acceptance and then you will move on. Don't rush it, but work through it, make time for your self to heal, deal and talk to a close friend or family member...thats healthy too.

yes, sometimes it's longer. I was married for five years and it ended in a bitter divorce, but hurts is I'm in love with him still, and this just tears my heart out to feel the way I do.I can't sleep, eat, work, or leave my house because I scared,"of what!" I don't know." Its been three years now since my divorce and I'm sad, angry,
depressed, lonely, feel I have no self worth. The reason I'm telling you this also for my benefit to.To get me up and going back into the world of reality, and face my future,or I'll not have because I'll have lost everything I have work so hard for. So lets get our butts off of feeling sorry for our self and back on the right track. We can't let this bet us we are going to bet it. You understand me . Now get up off your butt now! We are much better then this Let's go we can do it togather ok!

i am not sure how long you two were together but two weeks is baby time. it is difficult to get over someone that you felt right with because you question if that feeling will ever come back or if you just lost the part that made you whole. but i assure you that there are many pieces that fit the puzzle

Very normal. Everyone is different, but two weeks is a pretty short period of time considering how much of yourself you had invested. Get out, find fun things to do to occupy your mind. It passes eventually.

Yep, it's normal. Take some time to feel crappy, then get out of the house and do things you love.
