Chances are this guy has already noticed her, like way before she even started to like him...Why?
Because he is a man!
They size up a girl the moment she comes into the room.
She should just say hey wanna go to an amusement park or something fun & casual like that, but not too cheesy like dinner & a movies or something old fashioned!!
Look he's probably to nervous to ask her, like maybe he is worried that she thinks he's too old... whatever but she has to do it herself! The worse thing that could happen is he'll say no...big deal!
At the very least he'll be flattered. He's not gonna tease her or anything! I think she's got an excellent chance!
Tell her that she is going to have to put herself out there on this one. Sometimes you have to take a small risk in order to find love!!

you can do both just start a coversation then ask who he likes if he doen't like u then maybe u can move on
