the best advice would be to seek medical help immediately... if you have a history of this pain in your umbillicus then it would be wise to have it examined by a doctor.

It's better to be safe than sorry so don't waste any time before your condition gets worse.

i think u might be too tall for your body, since all the skin on the body meets at the belly button, 360 degrees. you should stretch your ears and the skin right below your knee cap...at the same time this will give your skin the precise lengthening neccessary for you to be able to stand up without causing any stress in the major vertecies of skin intersecting plateau valley, however you must determine the directions of pull according to the pain center. Only you have the knowledge and power to do this operation, but I have complete faith in you, you can do this. Remember the degree and direction must offset each other for this to be successful, otherwise.....

Good Luck. If i dont hear from you within the next 24 hours i will have assumed this experiment...uh i mean, procedure, was conducted successfully, for i am an optimist and so as to keep with ethical standards i do not accept any negative results or reportings. Please reply accordingly, again a non reply would indicate a successful operation.

I have a hernia in my belly button. I lifted something heavy about 4 years ago and it hurt and got red when I did it but rarely bothers me now. My doctor said that if it does not bother me then we can leave it alone. You would do better letting your doctor look at it. He may want you to have it fixed.

You could have an umbilical hernia pressing on a nerve.

My buddy had to have belly button emergency surgery. All went well but he no longer has a belly button. As I think of it, maybe he should change his name to ADAM (as in Adam & Eve). :-)

See your physican. Why take a chance that it may be a serious problem?!

Good luck!

There is an alien growing inside you and it's trying to come out now.

Go see your doctor. Pain is nature's way of telling you something's wrong.
