Seeing I live in Germany, there are a lot of women who sit on the beach topless...so I wouldn't pay much attention to it. The nudity laws in Germany are a lot different than they are in the New World.

I usually lay down camp next to the first set of breasts. If they didn't want someone to look, they wouldn't be naked. Then I usually pull my balls out of my shorts and act like I am asleep.
I've had a lot of compliments on my balls that have led to some hairy nights. Initiating the oil rubdown is the biggest high though. All those oily breasts and balls lead to a lot of fun.

If is the first girl we see, I do not do little things, I just stare at her, but usually is not the first, so when I get used to it I don't even look.
