I've not been getting much sleep lately, and right now i'm feeling sick... Could it be that my lack of sleep is the cause of my sickness?

Your lack of sleep probably weakened your immune system, making you more susceptible to getting sick. Get some rest!

yes. stress, not eating right and lack of exercise can also be the problem. I can help fix the problem whatever it's cause. A silver mineral supplement will kill whatever is trying to make you sick and a different mineral and vitamin supplement will strengthen your immune system (with plenty of vit.C and calcium). Yet another Aloe based mineral supplement will help you sleep better when taken right before bed because it helps you produce more melatonin (your brain's natural sleep signal). The supplements are inexpensive, easy to take and have no negative side effects.

Yep. You don't say if you're having trouble getting to/staying asleep or actually finding the time to sleep. Either of those could be results of stress.

If your body is "worn down" from not getting enough sleep and from stress then you're less able to fight off any "crud" that comes your way.

Plus, not having enough sleep affects your ability to think clearly, to make good decisions, and can affect your attitude towards life in general.

Try to get a good 7-8 hours for a good next day. (Also, for stress relief: slow down and read or listen to lower-key music or do yoga or meditate or pray or something calm)

It could be you need enough sleep for your body to recuperate. If you don;t your immune system breaks down and makes it easier for your body to get ill. So try to get some good shut eye.

Definite!!! The bodys immune system is depleated when your at a low ebb. Get sleep, and drink quality water with citrus fruits and you will see improvement. Peace.

Lack of sleep will certainly open you up to "catching" something alright, so the more rest the better.
