well first if you have a cheesy pick up line she'll be turned off like this is one of the worst EVER! guy walks up to a girl "can i borrow a quarter" girl "ok" guy "do you want to know why" girl" not really" guy "ask why please" girl "*annoyed by now* whatever" guy " ok because i need to call thte police someone stole the stars and put them in your eyes"
never say anything like that
anyway things that turn girl off are stuff like
you look hot today
lets go watch that new horror movie
i'm going to hang with friends maybe later
[never blow a girl off for your buds]

Since the other answered quite a lot of good points up there, I would not like to repeat here. But add 1 more,
If he's very nice and gentle to me but be mean to the waiter / waitress or taxi driver..., etc., that will lead me to think of how mean he could be if I was a stranger or when he's mad at me.
Building up a relationship is a long term battle, it is hard to tell what a person really is by a few datings but I do put my eyes on some small details.

The number one turn off for me is some guy trying to hang all over me. #2 when he is always putting his hands on you in a posessive manner in front of people. #3 Checking out other women while with you is just rude. #4 Acting inmature is a definate turn off. Hope this helps you out a little!

Oh WOW where do I even begin? Um... In order to turn me off, he would have to: Not hold the door for me (I'm old-fashioned like that), check other girls out blatantly in front of me, be distracted while I'm talking to him, have bad breath/body odor, not dress well (i.e., wrinkled shirt, pants halfway down his ***--unless they're meant to look that way), laugh at me if I fall instead of holding me up, assume that I'm the one paying for my dinner (again with the old-fashioned-ness), say that I was stupid for saying/thinking something he disagreed with. Hope that helps.

My number one turn-off is talking about his ex. If he goes on and on about how much he hates her, it is boring and also shows an inability to move on. If he says he's still in love with her, then it's a bit creepy. Either way, the message it sends out is "I am not ready to date yet".

A guy that has no sense of self is a huge turn off! If a guy has no opinions, no ideas, no thoughts on anything its a no go! Yuck!

Farting a lot and be happy of it and tell her if she doesn't like smalls your fart - she is not good for you. Pickup from the nose and let her test.
