Go to the vet and get a powder milk, that is mixed with water, that they use for weening kittens. Be sure the water is warm, so it will be like the mother's milk. Once the kitten takes to it, mix the milk with some moist cat food. Start with a higher percentage of milk to food and as the kitten adjusts to it, cut down on the amount of milk used in the food. You may need to coax at first by putting some on a teaspoon and holding to the kitten's mouth but remember that a kitten has a very tiny stomach so don't expect too much to be eaten at one time but the kitten will probably eat several times a day. Good luck.

At that age he should be eating food on his own. Cats will stop eating if they get depressed, did he just get taken from his mom? Kittens who don't eat or drink can become dehydrated fast! I would try to give him some canned kitten food, if he won't eat it try putting a little bit in his mouth so he knows it's good to eat! I fostered a depressed kitten and the only thing I could get her to eat on her own was tuna. I had to force feed her for 2 days with kitten replacement milk mixed with canned kitten food and pedilyte(this was the diet the vet gave me to feed her). I think some kittens just don't know what cat food is and don't even try it. Another trick is to warm the canned food up a bit so she can smell it. If she doesn't eat then you'll have to bring her to a vet!

Well...what worked for me when I rescued a 3 week old kitten was the baby kitten bottle with the baby kitten formula. They have these in just about any grocery store. if not..you can temporarily use Baby formula and give him/her through like a cold medicine syringe thing...If she/he isn't eating it may be due to not yet being weaned from mommy..along with feeding like this leave out soft food...Mostly though a kitten will learn to eat when hungry enough...if this doesn't work I'd advise you to see a vet...
Hopefully I could help out...give kitty a hug from me:)

i had a kitten at 6 weeks that wouldn't eat and i took him to the vet and they said that he had pnemonia and if not treated he would die, i took him back home and gave lots of love and force fed him soft kitten food and he is doing great now, hes about 1/12 yrs. so there is a reason it won't eat and u may have to force feed it or bottle feed it, u can buy the bottles and the formula at walmart

Get some kitten formula(you can get it at Wal-Mart) and bottle feed it. DO NOT give it cows milk-it will give the kitten diarrhea. If that doesnt work, take it to the vet.

U need to feed the kitten, as he is porbably scared and need to be nurse to grow.
Use a syringe and feed him kitten formula milk, it may be tough but he needs his milk, so be patient and try doing that till he is more independent for solid food.

Get to a vet, PRONTO!
Especially if she has not had any shots yet.
I think you have a very sick kitten. The thing is, babies get sick faster and "crash" faster than adults.
If you have to wait until a vet opens, drip water or Pedialyte water into her mouth. Use a medicine shooter they have for human babies. If you want to liquify (with water) meat baby food or canned cat food and give her that, that's fine, but she needs veterinary care.
If you can't pay, call the SPCA or animal control. They have programs to help, or can tell you which vets take payments.

Use kitten milk-not cows milk.
Moisten some wet kitten food (like IAMS) and put a little on your finger for him/her to lick off.
Take it to the vet as soon as possible to be sure there is nothing else wrong with it.

Break some bread in small pieces and soak it in milk--preferably slightly warm milk. At 6 weeks the kitty should be old enuf to start learning to suck on it in a low bowl. Good luck.

how are you feeding this kitten... Try bottle feeding some warm milk.... Has this kitten been to the vet yet.
I bought my kitten and had cost us 660 in about 2 months... I would bring her/him to the vet if it continues
