Return it...they will bill you for it. Or come to your house and want to convert you.

I've never heard of the Recovery version however, NT probably means New Testament, the latter books of the 'regular' Bible. Is it possible someone ordered for you? Compare the same chapters in a regular Bible to the Recovery Version. Can't hurt and will let you know how it reads.......

It is a Bible that has footnotes in it to help people who are trying to recover from addictions or a broken life. My addvice for you is to receive Jesus as your Savior and Lord first. He will then give you the desire and the power to turn from your sins because God will take away your unsatisfied spirit and give you Himself, the Holy Spirit. He will then give you understanding of His Word, the Bible. He will change you and give you a new life with hope, peace, joy, and freedom. Then read your Bible and God will speak to you and manifest His presence to you, but you must come to Him on His terms. These are His terms: Admit that you are a sinner, believe that God raised Jesus from the dead, confess the Lord Jesus, turn from your sins, and continue to seek and trust God. You can only do this by receiving the Holy Ghost. He came into my life and I thank God that He did. My life has never been more fun or exciting because I have an eternal relationship with God as my Loving Father. He has accepted and adopted me because I have accepted His Son who loved me and gave Himself for me. Signs, miracles, and wonders follow me because I AM His Child. And you can be too!

I never heard of it, but it could be fine. Why not compare it with other Bibles that you have and see what you can find.

I never heard of that version. I would use it as comparison to the others and see yet another "interpretation". Like the others, though, I would not put much stock in it.
