the box says you do not have the right to do this. why cant i save and whay does it say this and how can i fix this

I think it means that you are trying to save it into a place that is not allowed, or is full.
Try saving with another name and to another place.
There might be a file with that same name that is still 'Open' and therefore the system won't let you erase it.
Try saving as a text file or copying your work and pasting it into an email, then save the draft. At least you will save your work until you figure out exactly what is hung up.

Hit save as and rename the file.
