Uh...many things, but I'd say what most guys consider flirting would have to be physically touching each other. When you bat your eyelashes at a guy, flirting, when you lick your lips in a seductive manner, again flirting. Pretty much anything you do can be misconstrued by some of the thickest men in society as flirting. But generally physical contact is considered by most men as "flirting".

Ok, most guys egos make them think that anything is flirting. We can't help it. If a girl merely introduces herself to me I think she likes me. So its hard to tell the difference. I would say when a girl touches my arms a lot, I consider that flirting. If she initiates a lot of conversations and smiles at me a lot. Also please consider that many women like to tease so its very confusing.
