Too the ladies would this be a turnoff to catch a guy stairing at your feet because he finds them sexy? This girl i like saw me stairing at her feet and a i quickly looked away lol. I couldn't help it she had on flip-flops and had a nice pedicure and well kept feet with painted nails.
Is it possible she would like the attention she was getting on her feet if she wears open toed shoes all the time and takes time to make her feet look good?

It depends on the person, turn on's and off's are a personal thing. Most people might find it weird to have someone staring at their feet, but the plus is she noticed you, you can play it off and start a conversation about how you noticed she had a pedicure done, or a nice color, whatever. She might take pleasure in having someone notice that she took to time to do her nails or have something special done. Take the chance and be smooth the next time anything of the such happens again, makes a great conversation opener even for a guy!

No it's not a turn off because everyone has something that they like most about the opposite sex and if u like feet, then it just means that you take the time to notice other things on a girl besides just her boobs

I'd say ya got a foot fetish and like to look at feet! As far as a turn OFF, I'd have to say that if one takes care of the feet they should be noticed, and not have a problem and be sure of him or herself.
