She'd have a lot of laundry, and chocolate sometimes leaves a grease spot!
Oh, you mean just giving her lots and lots? Well, if she's the kind of girl who thinks a lot of something good is wonderful, then she'll probably like it.
But if she's the kind of girl who prefers a little of something but of a higher calibre (better quality, etc), then perhaps bombarding her is not the right approach.

Well if she ate it all, she would probably put on some weight. I would make sure if you are trying to get her to like or notice you that you find out if she likes chocolate. I don't.

She might be traumatized by chocolate forever. You could just try giving her some. She would probably like that.

chocolate is ok but some prefer flowers. do some research and flatter the girl with one of her favorite gifts
