What is the chinese (or asian) fortune telling that draw on your skin with a marker called?

All I know is that they begin drawing lines on your arms or legs with a marker to tell you your future. I've tried looking over the internet but I dont know what this is called.

i never heard of it...
for fortune telling, they'll look @ your palms, not your arms & legs....
