I need to know how to flirt. How do you flirt with a girl? Am I suppose to smile a lot more while talking to her? How do you tell the difference of flirting and regular talking? I never learned how to flirt and want to learn.

If you are interested in a girl, chances are you are naturally flirting with her when you talk to her. But, there are a couple of things you could consciously do to send the message to her that you like her.
Make eye contact more often than with other people and especially from across the room. If she make eye contact with you more than a regular stranger would, she might be interested. If she avoids eye contact, back off. If she acts annoyed, back off.
Ask about her opinions, hobbies, music preferences, etc. and really listen, and give her feedback. Girls love to talk, that's how we feel close to people.
Look her in the eyes, and yes, smile at her like you admire her. Do this while you are talking with each other.
Tell her that her lips, skin, hair or eyes are beautiful/pretty and explain what makes them pretty. For example: "your hair is so shiny and silky. It's very pretty." Then lightly pull her hair from her face to touch it. Of course, the moment should be appropriate, like while you are talking one on one, facing each other. Don't force the scenario, you should be sincere. If her hair is ugly, don't tell her it's pretty, and if you are not exactly even communicating, don't force the scenario either.
Regular talking is usually about b.s. Flirting is talking about dreams, passions, views... so ask her about them.
If you really aren't that interested in the girl, don't force it.
Do what feels natural and appropriate for the moment.

there is not really a differance from regular talking, flirting is when you are trying to impress someone so that you can be with them sexually...so its just the same as talking with them, except that you want to add things that they will laugh at, so try to be funny, and also you should talk about sexual things, depending on your age, that could be just kissing, or holding hands, but if your old enough then some sexual things can be talked about, but make sure that you dont go too far...try to keep it funny, or not to serious, that way you can find out how they feel about certain subjects before you sound like sex is the only thing you care about...

Its all about body language. Stand facing her, make eye contact. If you are sitting have your legs slightly spread and put your hands on your thighs as you speak. All these little things show that someone is interested.
The next step it to touch them, place your hand on her should when you laugh, grab her hand and ask about her ring or bracelet or something.
Follow these little rules and she will melt. There is nothing like a nice guy with a cute sense of confidence and is a bit flirty.

smile, laugh, make jokes, treat her better than u do the rest (not to much so but enough), compliment her(dont be weird about it) tell her when she looks good, ask her for help and ask if she neesd help when she looks troubled ask how shes doing and all that.. u know how sumone just has to refresh ur memory everyone is born knowing how to flirt...

Make eye contact, hold her gaze and be attentive to what she says and to her moves. In no way should you say anything suggestive. That may turn her off.
