A potential reason for 'Christianity' collapsing in Europe at present; is the 'Bible' has been 'wrongly divided' (violating 2 Tim. 2:15) and not abiding by 2 Tim. 3:16-17. The scriptural 'old testament' is the law of Moses; not Genesis-Malachi'. The '2 or more witnesses principle' (Matt. 18:16,2 Cor. 13:1) when applied to Scriptures leads to that belief.
Further, man is a false god in God's sight since Adam & Eve partook of the forbidden fruit in the Gardenlong ago (Gen.3:5-6).

I think these these things go in waves. The East is primed to take over as the center of Christianity for the future. I'm sure in some distant future Christianity will collapse in the East and return to the West...

It's nonsense. Friends of mine just left on mission tour of Europe. What has happened is the mainline churches have emptied out and the ones who became part of the government, like the Union Church in Scandinavia and the Church of England, became irrelevant thereby. But the pentecotal and evangelical churches are spreading like crablice in a submarine.

Because Christianity is an ancient myth system, and people in Europe are figuring that out. The real questions are why isn't it happening in the US, and why did it take >200 years after the Enlightenment to happen in Europe?

its because christianity has moved away from its roots and has become "modernized". any religion is there so people lives revolve around the religion and not the religion around their lives. since that Is the case in europe, its only become more and more distant and a thing of "if we have time, we will pray" people dont feel the need to keep a connection with God and arent bothering to teach their children. i think thats why muslims get so hostile when Bush tries to modernize their religion. they dont want to lose their roots.

In November 2004, nobody in Washington DC voted for Bush, it was like 20%. Maybe living closer to the Vatican people are more exposed to the crap they pull.

Is it Christianity?

Which does not correspond to the contents of Torah (the Law of Moses) in any respect. Nor the whole Bible in any respect. If that is Christianity, then, what is the justification behind rapid and frequent publication of the Bible with its 931 pages of the Old Testament and 361 pages of the New Testament and the worldwide circulation thereof?

That is not Christianity at all___ as it has no relationship to the life and teachings of Jesus. Beware Please! Christianity is very much a religion whose law is the Law of Moses including the teachings of all the foregoing Prophets. And, “do this and do not do this” is its fundamental concern. Jesus (PBUH) had openly declared:-

“Do not think that I have come to do away with the Law of Moses and the teachings of the Prophets. I have not come to do away with them but to make their teachings true. Remember that as long as the heavens and earth last, not the least point nor the smallest detail of the Law, will be done away with; not until the end of all things. So, then whosoever disobeys even the least important of the commandments and teaches others to do the same, he will be least in the kingdom of heaven. On the other hand, whosoever obeys the Law and teaches others to do the same, he will be able to enter into the kingdom of heaven only if you are more faithful than the teachers of Law and Pharisees in doing what God requires.”
(Matthew 5:17 to 20)

Hence Christianity is very much a religion and “do this and do not do this”, is its fundamental concern. Now go through these saying about sins:-

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery’. But now I tell you any one who looks at a woman and wants to possess her is guilty of committing adultery with her in his heart.

So if your right eye causes you to sin, take it out and throw it away! It is much better for you to lose a part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into hell. If your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away! It is much better for you to lose one of your limbs than for your whole body to go to hell”.
(Matthew 5:27 to 30)

“Jesus said to his disciples, things that make people fall into sin are bound to happen, but how terrible for the one who makes them happen!”
(Luke 17:1)
Go through this open warning as well:-

“You know the saying: A little bit of yeast makes the whole batch of dough rise. You must remove the old yeast of sin, so that, you will be entirely pure”.
(1 Corinthians 5:6to7)

Moreover, the prayer of Jesus on the cross (the Psalm-22) also clarifies that an entirely pure man is that, who believes in One God and the Absolute Oneness of God (Monotheism) like that of the belief of Jesus himself.

Jesus (PBUH) speaks of the One God, not of the Father-God. Nor, he has ever declared himself as the Son-God or the Saviour. So, the followers of Jesus should follow the Call of Jesus for Monotheism.

“Worship the Lord your God and
Serve only God”.
(Matthew 4:10)

They should not follow the calls of his illoyal followers for Polytheism.

Jesus (PBUH) has already said:-
“Whosoever rejects me and does not accept my message, has one, who will judge him. The words, I have spoken, will be his judge on the Last Day”.
(John 12:48)

Beware please! The mankind at large___ is not a Jew, nor Hindu, nor Buddhist, nor Christian, nor Muhammadan or so on. Instead all nations and all races are children of Adam (PBUH)___ and the most dignified creature of the Creator__ and the Creator is the Holy One. Who has commanded Adam and his children___ to believe in the Lord’s Absolute Oneness__ and to act, exactly, in accordance with the Lord’s Commandments. Otherwise, on the Day of Judgement___ they will be among no community but the condemned-ones.
