niacin...it can be bought otc and is basically vitamin b3 and helps w/ metabolism. it's relatively inexpensive...less than 20 bucks for a bottle

niacin is used to treat abnormal cholesterols, lowers bad cholesterols and improves good cholesterol. may cause flushing and may interact with other cholesterol medicines, if it causes flushing then this side effect can ba minimised by taking as aspirin 30 minutes before taking this pill, good luck
