There are days when I am like you and these are the days when I think too much and worry too much.

Stress can really make you always angry, disappointed at everybody, depressed over everything and feel very low.

Why don't you do something that you really really love? Like if you haven't watched a movie for the past month because of too much work, then find time and watch a movie now.

If you indulge yourself in too much stress, your health and outlook in life will suffer. So I guess for the meantime, a little laughter will help you. Go to the jokes and riddles section and get yourself entertained.

Be happy!

First see a therapist to give you some advice about how to deal with your stress and mood> Indulge in something you really enjoy., even if it's for a small amount a day. Start smiling because to be angry we move more facial muscles than laughing> For economy, smile; start when you say hallo and when you speak at the phone, you'll see that it becomes contagious and people start looking at you in a different way> When you start you'll noticee, it's a spreading desease that improve your blood and mood and relieve your stress and start focusing on the reasons of your anger.

You may be suffering from depression or anxiety attacks. You should go see your regular doctor and tell them how you are feeling. It's nothing to be ashamed of, these things often run in families and can go undetected for a long time until all of a sudden something just brings it on full force. That's what happened to me. My anxiety was so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. My doctor prescribed Cymbalta...it got rid of the physical symptoms and the emotional ones as well.

so, you live with your boyfriend? and everything between you is not causing any of this?

you might be anxious.

don't hold this in, talk about it with your boyfriend and tell him how you feel. or someone you trust.

whatever you do, make a change of some kind. like add excercise and go to see a doctor to see what they think.

When you're angry, don't repress it. Be aware of anger. When you are aware of it, it will fade slowly.

Learn to love, accept everything as it is. No expectations, no self-centered egocentricity. Then, you'll like people, you'll love, and you'll find meaning in friendly relationships. You'll smile, and belly-laugh like a kid.

It sounds to me as if you might suffer from depression. Since this has been going on for awhile, you need to see a doctor. You can be helped with medication.

Good luck.

Watch a funny movie, or write funny stuff that you can laugh at. (sarcastic venting on paper) I always do that and it makes me laugh to myself. Or just tell your friends that you need cheering up and let them think of something to help you out.
