I am a sophmore in highschool and am madly in love with this girl who is in one of my classes and we are really good friends. I dont know if i should ask her out or not. I have been in love with her since last year. And if i ask her out should i wait till homecoming or not.

Why wait, just do it, ask her out now and then go ahead and ask for homecoming also before someone else does.

ok is she currently dating anyone, hopefully not! I would say xxx i was thinking about asking you to the homecoming dance would you want to go. If she seems excited thats a good sign and when i say excited i dont mean jumping up and down look at her expressions does her facelight up or does she look like she just saw a ghost . if she has the ghost look either you shocked her or shes not diggin you in that way! start there your asking her in a way that allows very little pressure so if she says no you can still be friends if she says yes and you see she seems happy you asked then ask her out to a movie this weekend but no pressure , casually . for all i know homecoming is this weekend or in a few months if its a month or so away and you see interest start asking her to do stuff hang out whatever you guys like to do! good luck

just ask her till homecoming. and tell her about your feelings for her at the dance.
okay this is what you should do:
when you are at the dance ask her to take a quick walk with you. whileyour on the walk tell her how you feel and give her a kiss.

Just ask her if she wants to go to homecoming with you. Make it seem casual, that way if she turns you down you can still remain friends. If she accepts your first date will be a memorable one.

wait? hell no ask her out!! im in the same boat i've liked this guys since last year and he hasn't asked me out im half temped to aks him to homecoming.. i aske him if he was going with n e one today but he didnt answer so i didint ask him to go with me and i regret it.. i'll probably do it tomarrow... but dont wait ask her out i bet u she wants u to..

You need to talk this over with your parents "what would it take to make a successful date happen with a girl i like...if you know your boudaries you will have more info when you talk to her, make a list of things to talk about, and let her know you are listening, with your secret list. Timing, and inititive, do something.
